Maria Lai-ling Lam is currently a professor of business at Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan, U.S.. She has been a senior consultant of AJ-Great Limited for several years. She has consulted clients in the medical devices industry all around the world. She is now a fellow of International Academy of Intercultural Research and has got numerous scholarship and research awards. She has taught at two Christian Universities in the United States for fourteen years and several universities in Hong Kong and China for seven years. She has conducted seminars and workshops in Tsinghuo University, Beijing Normal University, Wuhan University, Chongqing University, Dailian University of Technology, Tsingtao University of Technology, Zhejiang University in China, and International Christian University in Japan. She holds a Ph.D. in marketing and organization behavior from the George Washington University, a M.A. degree in Religion Studies, a M.B.A. and B.B.A from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has published one book and more than 80 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. Her research interest is about future management education, leadership development and corporate social responsibility.
